History

Samuels & Co (Brian M. Samuels Law Corp.) was created in 1994, after Brian Samuels had spent 6 years with Russell & DuMoulin (now Faskens) in Vancouver and one year with Lee & Associates in  Denver.  The firm has represented many clients, large and small, including PCL Constructors, Flatiron Constructors, Graham Construction Group, Honeywell, the Province of BC, Haebler Construction, Gerald Hamilton (Architects), Cross Mountain Ranch (Colorado), Foundation Company of Canada, Skanska, Gotaverken Energy, and many others.  Samuels & Co. was a founding member of the Construction Law Group (CLG), until November 2017, at which time Brian Samuels and his firm left the CLG  to focus on mediation and arbitration.
